Our expertise in this core field is bundled within Solvium Holding AG. Our three pillars are investment (funds) and operating asset management (leasing) as well as data security and IT expertise. With our special funds, we unite return-oriented investors, who finance shipping-container portfolios, with our operating asset managers, who manage these logistics assets in the market, for shared commercial success. Solvium specialises in investments in mobile logistics equipment with an attractive risk-return profile. Applying great care as well as extensive experience and expertise, we design neatly structured special funds for investors who want to participate in the growth market of global logistics. The funds’ assets are portfolios of shipping containers and swap bodies on long-term lease. Our investors receive maximum transparency and the greatest possible security, as a substantial amount of the assets on which their exposure is based are marketed via our asset managers themselves (Noble, Axis). As a result, we ensure optimum portfolio design on acquisition, highly secure rental income during operation, and optimum utilisation of the assets on exit.
